Clip Save Score ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Old Dawg New Trix LLC, a Texas limited liability company, and can be reached at the website clipsavescore.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information. By using our service you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you create an account we collect your email address, first name, last name, and a hashed password.

Location data. We collect your home salon location (city, state, latitude, longitude) to show you relevant deals. You may optionally share your device's GPS coordinates to refine results. We never sell or share your precise location with third parties.

Device and network information. We automatically log your IP address, browser type, operating system, and device type when you sign up or log in. This information is used solely for fraud detection and security purposes.

Payment information. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your credit card number, expiration date, or CVV. Stripe's privacy policy governs how your payment data is handled.

Usage data. We log when deal alert emails are sent and opened, and record which outreach links you click, in order to improve service quality and prevent duplicate notifications.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and personalize the deal-tracking service
  • To send email verification, deal alerts, and expiry reminders you have opted into
  • To process subscription payments via Stripe
  • To detect and prevent fraudulent signups and abuse
  • To analyze aggregate usage patterns and improve the product

We do not use your information for targeted advertising and we do not sell your personal data to any third party.

3. Third-Party Services

We share limited data with the following services solely to operate the product:

  • Stripe, Inc. — payment processing for paid subscriptions
  • Twilio, Inc. — optional SMS notifications (if you opt in)
  • ipapi.co — IP-based geolocation for initial location suggestions (no personal data stored by them)

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.

Mobile/SMS data. Text-messaging opt-in data and phone numbers are used solely to deliver the SMS alerts you request and are not shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help at any time.

4. Cookies

We use a single session cookie to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

5. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

6. Your Rights (California / CCPA)

If you are a California resident you have the right to: know what personal information we collect; request deletion of your personal information; and opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information). To exercise these rights, contact us at the address below.

7. Children's Privacy

Our service is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
